Returns/Exchanges may only be valid within 48 hours upon receipt of goods.
Prior to the return/exchange, an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be issued by the return department before My Doggie Blankee accepts the merchandise. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
My Doggie Blankee will only issue store/in-house credit for returned goods. No credit card charge back.
Returns will be rejected for following reasons:
         a) If the merchandise has been used or washed.
         b) If the damage on the merchandise is not due to manufacturing defects.
         c) Returned merchandise without proper authorization.
            -Be advised shipping fees are non-refundable.
Special circumstances or unusual reasons for returns will not be processed until they have been evaluated and approved by management.
